Beti Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction & Definitions

Beti (beti.best) is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international licence. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") define the rights and responsibilities of both Beti and the users of the platform ("Players").

By using the Beti website or mobile app, creating an account, or placing any bet, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the platform.

Key Definitions

• "beti" or "We" — The beti.best platform and its operating organization.
• "Player" or "You" — Any registered or unregistered user.
• "Wallet" — The balance held in a player's beti account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Additional funds earned through various promotions that cannot be withdrawn directly.
• "Wagering" — The wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To create an account on beti, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — a government-issued ID may be required for age verification.
• Each person may register only one account — however, multiple members of the same household may each have their own account, provided they use separate devices and payment methods.
• The name, mobile number, address, and any other details provided at registration must be completely accurate and truthful.
• Registration is not permitted from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Beti may request KYC verification at any time — particularly at withdrawal or for large transactions. Verification typically requires a copy of a national ID or passport. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Safety

Never share your login credentials — including your email, password, and OTP — with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact beti support immediately. It is ultimately the player's responsibility to keep their account secure.

3. Deposits & Transactions

Deposits at Beti can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits vary by method.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit is ৳300 (mobile banking).
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000.
• Deposits should reflect in your wallet instantly — if there's a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• The account used to make the deposit and the beti account must belong to the same person. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• To prevent money laundering, Beti reserves the right to suspend or investigate any suspicious transaction.

3.2 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on Beti are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate will be used and conversion charges may apply.

4. Withdrawal Policy

Beti aims to process players' valid balances as quickly as possible. Certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account's KYC verification must be completed.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once.
• Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

If beti suspects fraud or money laundering, withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.

5. Betting Rules

Before placing bets on Beti, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the general rules below.

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Always review the amount and odds carefully before clicking Confirm. Where the cash-out feature is available, you may settle a bet partially or in full.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. If the odds shift while you're submitting a bet, you'll be given the option to accept or decline the new odds.

5.3 Cancelled or Incomplete Matches

• In cricket, if the required number of overs is not completed, bets remain valid provided the result is determined using the DLS method.
• If a match is fully abandoned, the bet stake will be refunded.
• In football, if 90 minutes are not completed, bets are generally voided and the stake is returned.

5.4 Erroneous Odds

If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human mistake, beti reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Beti offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it converts to real cash only after the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited — accounts found doing so will be suspended.
• Beti may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6.2 Wagering Calculation

A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specific multiple of the bonus amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 12x = ৳12,000 in total bets required. Bets placed using free bets are generally not counted toward wagering requirements.

7. Responsible Gaming

Beti takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting is for entertainment — never a solution to financial problems.

7.1 Player Protection Tools

Beti provides the following protection tools — all of which can be activated directly in your account settings:

• Deposit Limit — Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit — Set a maximum stake limit per bet.
• Cooling-Off Period — Take a short break for 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely close your account.

7.2 Minor Protection

Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using any account on Beti. Parents and guardians are advised to keep their devices and account credentials out of reach of minors.

Use a strong password and update it regularly. Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled — it significantly increases your account security. Avoid placing bets over public Wi-Fi.

9. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitutes a direct violation of Beti's Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Betting on match-fixing or using insider information to place bets.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using a false identity or a third party's payment method.
• Attempting to hack or carry out any form of technical attack on Beti's systems.
• Harassing or threatening other players or beti staff.

10. Account Closure

10.1 At the Player's Request

Any player may request to close their account at any time. Please withdraw your remaining balance before closing. If you need to withdraw a balance after closure, contact our support team.

10.2 At Beti's Discretion

In cases of terms violations, fraud, or prohibited activity, beti reserves the right to close an account without prior notice. Any bonus balance will be forfeited in such cases. However, any legitimate deposit balance will be returned.

11. Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous

11.1 Right to Amend Terms

Beti reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11.2 Legal Disputes

Any dispute will first be addressed through beti's support team. If unresolved, mediation through the licensing authority is available. For formal legal proceedings, the laws of beti's licensing jurisdiction will apply.

11.3 Language

These terms are provided in Bengali for the convenience of our players. In the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall be considered final and binding.
